Turquoise cupcakes with chocolate frosting.. Green fondant mini roses and pearls for decoration!
Pretty simple but they sure were fun to eat! Plus vanilla cupcake is my absolute favorite.
My sister and I believe spring is still here despite the 30 degree weather and snow.
So we baked something colorful :-)

Hydrangea chocolate cake. I made this for my boss’s birthday. She doesn’t like icing so I was trying to think of something I could make. So I came up with this! :-) I also added a twist. I added a little chai tea spice to give the cake more flavor.. It wasn’t strong but it was unique :-)
